Job description

Job Description:
Join a progressive company with a commitment to both quality and its employees. We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions at our Bowling Green, Ohio facility:
Manufacturing/Production Associates
Candidates for this position will perform work associated with the manufacture of automotive sealing systems being produced on our manufacturing floor. Positions may work on extrusion lines in creating the part to customer specifications, or in our secondary operations which finish the extruded length by injection molding, wafer or weno splicing, notching, bending or various other operations.
Cooper Standard is a three (3) shift operation running straight 8-hour shifts. Candidates must be open to work any of the shifts available.
Starting wage from $18.00/hr. up to $20.50/hr.
Increase at 6 months of employment
Wage after 1 year from $20.00/hr. up to $23.50/hr.
Plus shift differential for back shift work. Candidates must hold a HS Diploma or GED equivalent, and pass a drug screen and background check prior to starting work. Prior manufacturing experience is a desired but not required.
