Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual with prior manufacturing experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the capacity to grow into a leadership role. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time role based out of our corporate headquarters located in Blue Springs, MO.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

         Assist with production and chemical blending.

         Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes.

         Assisting in planning and improving processes and product quality.

         Working with other team members to complete the production process.

         Supporting warehouse functions such as stocking, counting inventory and picking orders.

         Routine maintenance and clean-up.

         Miscellaneous duties as assigned to support overall operational efficiency of Meyer Laboratory.

         Observing all company, local, state, and federal safety and quality regulations.

Qualifications

         Minimum of 2 years related work experience

         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

         Ability to self-motivate and work independently

         Strong sense of urgency and initiative

         Detail-oriented

         Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines

         Excellent attendance record and timeliness, required

         Prior forklift experience or certifications a plus

         Must be flexible with day to day job duties

         Willingness to comply with safety and quality regulations, including wearing protective gear when necessary.

         Meeting physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, operating tools, and wearing safety gear.
