NOW HIRING: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Join Our Growing Beverage Manufacturing Team!
We are a growing beverage manufacturing company seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and reliability of our production and packaging equipment. If you are a motivated, hands-on technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you!
  • Day Shift: Monday–Friday
  • No weekends (unless business requirements call for occasional overtime)

What You'll Do:
● Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
● Set up and adjust equipment for various product sizes and production runs
● Assist with line changeovers and equipment optimization.
● Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
● Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
● Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance and reliability.
● Collaborate with production personnel to ensure efficient plant operations.
Qualifications:
● Minimum 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
● Experience with beverage, food, or packaging equipment is highly preferred.
● Knowledge of packaging equipment (fillers, seamers, conveyors, labelers, palletizers, etc.) is a plus.
● Experience performing changeovers and equipment adjustments for different product sizes and packaging formats.
● Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
● Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
● Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on minimizing downtime.
● Ability to work safely while following all GMP, food safety, and company policies.
