Job description

Adecco is actively seeking reliable and motivated Manufacturing Associates to join the team at Charles Industries in Canton, MO. This is an excellent immediate opportunity to become part of a leading manufacturing company that prioritizes quality, safety, and teamwork.

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling telecommunications enclosures by building box components and installing internal hardware vital to communication systems. You will follow detailed instructions, operate various hand and power tools, and contribute to a collaborative production environment where accuracy and dependability are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble telecommunications enclosures, including building components and installing internal hardware.
  • Follow detailed work instructions to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Operate hand and power tools efficiently to complete assembly tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support team objectives.
  • Handle materials and tools properly, always following safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Prior warehouse or assembly experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand continuously throughout your shift.
