Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Associate Manufacturing Technician opportunities in Miami, FL. Responsibilities for an Associate Manufacturing Technician include but are not limited to:

  • Execute daily production schedules for changeovers, image reviews, product packaging, and robotic equipment operation using manual and automated processes.

  • Maintain strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and cleanroom/controlled manufacturing environment guidelines.

  • Perform physical lab tasks including loading/unloading equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating safely around moving mechanical machinery using appropriate PPE.

  • Communicate clear production status updates and potential roadblocks directly to department Leads and Supervisors.

Candidates for Associate Manufacturing Technician must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • 1–2 years of related hands-on experience in a manufacturing or lab environment (College degree is a plus).

  • Basic math skills and the ability to understand and carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram formats.

  • Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, crouch, and lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
