Job description

Manufacturing Associate
Hialeah, FL

Join a world-class FDA-regulated manufacturing and warehouse facility. This role ensures the safe and efficient handling of raw materials and equipment while maintaining strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Follow all documented procedures to ensure employee safety and product quality.
  • Continuously feed raw materials (such as tobacco and filters) into machines.
  • Manually transport materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, conveyors, and lift tables.
  • Operate and troubleshoot semi-automated equipment for transporting raw materials.
  • Operate a forklift as required.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and legibly following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area (sweeping, vacuuming, trash removal).
  • Clean and wash machine parts at scheduled times.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
  • Cross-train with potential for promotion to Machine Operator.
  • Comply with GMPs and OSHA regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule
Rotating shift:
  • Week 1: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Week 2: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one (1) year of related experience or training.
