Job description

Job Title: Entry-Level Assembler

We are looking to hire Entry-Level Assemblers to join our growing team and start a career in manufacturing. In this role, you’ll help build and test battery systems used in advanced satellite technology. No prior experience is required- just a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn valuable skills, and grow into a long-term career.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble battery components by following simple instructions and diagrams
  • Use basic hand tools to carefully put together small parts
  • Run basic tests to make sure batteries are working correctly
  • Inspect your work to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Record simple production and test information
  • Help identify and report any issues, with support from your team
  • Follow safety guidelines while working with equipment and materials
  • Work with your team to keep production running smoothly

Shift:

  • 8:30AM - 5:00PM ( Monday - Friday)

Essential Skills

  • No experience required - training will be provided
  • Basic computer skills are required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with very small parts
  • Experience with detailed, precision-based work (such as nail artistry, crafts, sewing, electronics, or similar hobbies/jobs) is a plus
  • Able to follow instructions and stay organized
  • Reliable and team-oriented with a willingness to learn

Work Environment

This position is based in a climate-controlled, cleanroom production facility. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., following structured schedules and production targets. The environment requires strict adherence to PPE and cleanliness standards, including wearing smocks, hair nets, beard nets, and shoe covers at all times in designated areas. Work involves regular use of hand tools at production workstations, consistent application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and collaboration with a team in a modern, well-maintained manufacturing space.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
