Growth Marketing Senior Associate (Supply Chain & Manufacturing)
The Growth Marketing Senior Associate will support the execution of ZS's Supply Chain and Manufacturing (SCM) go-to-market (GTM) strategy by translating portfolio priorities into integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of portfolio strategy, campaign execution and sales enablement-ensuring priority Supply Chain and Manufacturing (SCM) offerings are clearly positioned, consistently messaged and effectively activated across channels. This individual will partner closely with solution SMEs, growth marketing, content, digital and field teams to bring priority solutions to market in a coordinated, measurable way.
ZS supports companies in optimizing supply chain and manufacturing performance by applying data, analytics and AI to improve visibility, efficiency and decision-making across operations.
What You'll Do:
GTM Planning & Execution
  • Support execution of GTM plans for priority Supply Chain and Manufacturing (SCM) solutions and verticals (e.g., supply chain planning, clinical supply chain)
  • Translate portfolio strategy into clear campaign plans, activation calendars and deliverables
  • Ensure alignment across awareness, demand generation and sales enablement efforts
  • Maintain visibility into portfolio priorities, messaging updates and launch timelines
  • Support execution of GTM plans for priority Supply Chain and Manufacturing (SCM) solutions and verticals (e.g., supply chain planning, clinical supply chain)
  • Develop and implement new marketing strategies tailored for emerging and growing capabilities, such as manufacturing, to drive market penetration and awareness.

Campaign & Content Activation
  • Coordinate execution of integrated campaigns (email, digital, social, industry events, web)
  • Partner with content and digital teams to develop and deploy key assets (thought leadership, case studies, landing pages)
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned to business priorities and portfolio growth goals
  • Support campaign optimization through performance tracking and insights
  • Deliver high-quality campaign and asset execution with strong attention to detail
  • Manage multiple workstreams with clear timelines and accountability
  • Develop and maintain core enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, talking points)
  • Support activation of campaigns through sales channels and account-based motions

Performance Tracking & Insights
  • Track campaign and portfolio marketing performance against defined KPIs (engagement, pipeline contribution)
  • Synthesize insights across campaigns to inform optimization and future GTM planning
  • Support reporting for portfolio and marketing leadership
  • Maintain structured documentation of campaigns, assets and outcomes
  • Maintain accountability for MyCRM utilization and reporting to ensure visibility into marketing-driven and influenced impact.

What You'll Bring:
  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, consulting, or related field
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and GTM execution
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work across teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Interest or experience in AI, analytics or commercial strategy preferred
  • Experience building integrated GTM strategies, marketing plans and pipeline-driving campaigns.
