Job Overview
Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring Day shift Manufacturing Associates! Looking for hands-on work in a clean, modern manufacturing environment? In this role, you'll remove finished fiberglass parts from the line, inspect them for quality, and prep them for the next step. These parts are a key part of the fiberglass frames that give the Marvin windows and doors their strength, durability, and energy efficiency.
Whether you're experienced or new to manufacturing, we provide training to help you succeed. The work is repetitive and fast paced, so being consistent and detail oriented is important.

Schedule:
  • 12hr Rotating Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM
    • Week 1 (36hrs): Sun, Wed, Thur
    • Week 2 (48hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
    • Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week! Work just 7 out of every 14 days, giving you more time for family, hobbies, or rest.
Pay: $20.75 /hour
Pay potential including $4.00/hr weekend premium & OT:
  • 12hr Rotating Shift: $23.64/hour
Highlights of your role
  • Follow manufacturing orders closely and check parts visually to make sure they meet quality standards
  • Use measuring tools like calipers, angle blocks, taper gauges, tape measures, and measuring tables to check part accuracy
  • Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, safely and accurately to keep production moving
  • Provide support in training new team members, as needed
  • Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment to optimize production processes
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, a key skill in our production environment
  • General computer proficiency to improve production tracking and reporting
Also want to make sure you have
  • Capability to stand/work for a 12-hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs
  • Meet the minimum age required of 18 years
