Job Purpose:
- The Manufacturing Technician  at PRINSCO is responsible for supporting the production process by ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and systems. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with team members to optimize production output while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to prevent downtime and ensure longevity.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, collaborating with maintenance teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment for various production runs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document production data and equipment performance metrics for analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
