We are looking for a talented Advanced Manufacturing Associate to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production targets.Operate and maintain process equipment, including Robots, HMI's, Parameters, and control systems. Perform routine inspections and maintenance activities to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions or abnormalities.
  • Troubleshoot process-related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop and implement process improvements, including efficiency enhancements and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, environmental standards, and safety procedures.Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on process operations, safety protocols, and equipment maintenance systems.
  • Participate in safety meetings, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, equipment logs, maintenance records, and production reports.
  • Must be Team oriented, driven to succeed and be a leader.
  • Adhere to all safety Standards and Regulations and develop Hazard Awareness among the Team.
