Machine Operator – Hand Assembly / Repair – $17.05/hour – Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) – No Nights or WeekendsMachine Operator / Production Assembly Associate – First Shift – Full TimeOakwood Veneer Company – Troy, MIOakwood Veneer Company is seeking a full-time Machine Operator / Production Assembly Associate to join our first-shift manufacturing team in Troy, Michigan. This is a stable, full-time opportunity in a clean production facility with daytime hours, no mandatory nights, and no required weekend work. We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on manufacturing, detailed assembly work, and producing high-quality products as part of a team.This position is a great fit for candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, machine operation, production, hand assembly, warehouse operations, woodworking, repair work, or general labor. Experience working with wood veneer is not required-we provide paid, on-the-job training.Job DutiesIn this role, employees work with real wood veneer products using specialized hand tools, heated repair irons, and precision assembly techniques. Daily responsibilities include repairing veneer, assembling finished products, inspecting materials for quality, completing repetitive production tasks, and meeting established production goals.
