Job description

Snelling is hiring for various production positions for a plastics manufacturer in Mattawan, MI!  These positions are Temp to Hire and do not require prior manufacturing experience. 
2nd shift- 4:00pm to 12:00am- $18.20/hr.
3rd shift- 12:00am to 8:00am- $18.70/hr.
*All shifts are Monday through Friday with possible OT on weekends.
Double time pay on Sunday's!
 
Manufacturing Associate Duties:
  • Assembling or sorting plastic parts used in the automotive industry
  • Inspection and packaging of plastics parts
  • Completing packaging labels and required documentation
  • Plastic Injection Mold Machine Operating
  • Production in a Clean room setting
Manufacturing Associate skills and qualifications:
  • Good technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Attention to detail and good organization skills
  • Ability to follow directions accurately and independently
