Shift:                2nd Shift – 2:30 PM–10:30 PM

Job Summary

Entry-level manufacturing position working in the Catheter Room. Responsible for assembling medical-device components, performing catheter manufacturing processes, operating equipment, and following established quality and production procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations.
  • Assemble electronic/mechanical components and subassemblies.
  • Work with small components and catheter manufacturing processes.
  • Use dip tanks for catheter production.
  • Follow assembly instructions, diagrams, schematics, and visual aids.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, jigs, saws, and production equipment.
  • Set up initial layouts for assembly operations.
  • Perform continuity checks on work-in-process and finished products.
  • Conduct quality inspections according to specifications.
  • Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test products as needed.
  • Operate automatic and semi-automatic machinery.
  • Monitor equipment and report malfunctions.
  • Complete manufacturing documentation and record production data.
  • Support assembly, processing, packaging, and other manufacturing activities.
