Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Caulker to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying sealants, caulking, and waterproofing materials to joints, seams, gaps, and penetrations in commercial construction projects.


Requirements


Job Responsibilities

  • Caulk windows, doors, and other components set in medical modules
  • Operate bulk gun, sausage gun, tube gun and hand tools
  • Run 2 part urethane caulk, install backer rod, etc.

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in industrial caulking 
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Experience developing systems where they are needed and do not currently exist
