Location: Millport, Alabama

  • Feeding, sorting, stacking, and moving materials throughout the manufacturing process
  • Monitoring product quality and identifying defects
  • Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining clean and organized work areas through routine housekeeping
  • Following standard operating procedures and safe work practices
  • Learning multiple production areas to support operational flexibility
  • Collaborating with teammates to improve safety, quality, and productivity
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Following all Company policies, procedures, and safety expectations

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing, distribution, agriculture, construction materials, or another industrial environment
  • Ability to work weekends, overtime, holidays, and additional shifts when needed
  • Ability to safely work around moving industrial equipment and machinery
  • Ability to work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy industrial environments while wearing required personal protective equipment
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, reach, and perform demanding work throughout a shift
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment assessment, physical, drug screen, and background check

  • Manufacturing or production experience
  • Machine operation experience
  • Forklift operation experience
