Now Hiring: Manufacturing Associate — School-Hours Shift!


Minutemen Staffing is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Associates for a local sandal production company — a great fit for parents who want to work while the kids are in school!


Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional Fridays)

Pay: $17.00/hour, paid weekly


Job Duties:

  • Manufacture sandal components in a production environment
  • Repair and resole outsoles, straps, and buckles
  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area
