  • Steady 2nd Shift
  • Typical shift start time: 2:00 PM
  • Flexibility required based on operational and business demands
  • Travel between both plants required, as needed

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead safe and efficient operations across both facilities during 2nd shift
  • Supervise and support production employees and departmental operations
  • Promote a strong safety-first and quality-focused culture
  • Coordinate production activities and communicate effectively across departments
  • Troubleshoot operational, staffing, quality, and equipment-related issues
  • Support employee development through coaching, training, and cross-functional learning opportunities
  • Utilize manufacturing and business systems
  • Support customer requirements, shipping/dock activity, and production priorities
  • Escalate critical operational, safety, staffing, or customer concerns appropriately
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and operational support functions as needed

Qualifications
Required
  • Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing experience
