Job Description:
This role is responsible for supporting the industrial manufacturing environment team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safety and efficiently assisting the Plant leadership within all departments and producing tactical products of the highest quality standards. A liaison between Plant Leadership and floor staff. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Works on the Manufacturing floor, assisting teams with daily needs to support materials flow or any extra assistance required
  • Assisting with planning of production master schedule
  • Works within internal systems such as Microsoft Suite and Excel or assists with data collection for production processes and or projects
  • Inspects finished products per company quality-control specifications.
  • Ability to read and follow procedures, support in translation for team members as needed
  • Collaborate efficiently and effectively with co-workers and leadership to ensure job expectations and processes are followed.
  • Support Leads in the manufacturing flow as needed
  • Provides administrative support such as documents and backup other depts i.e., shipping labels, consumables list, inventory control methods, and other various tasks
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic math and measurements
  • Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Proficient in computer skills, such as Microsoft Suite and Excel
