ABOUT THE ROLE

TRC Talent Solutions is currently seeking Assembly Technicians for a leading manufacturing facility in West Point, GA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment.

As an Assembly Technician, you will work as part of a team to assemble products and components while meeting quality, safety, and production standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing manufacturing operation.

Shift: Fixed 1st Shift Hours (6:25 AM 3:00 PM)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with a team to assemble complete products and components according to production requirements.

  • Rotate through various production tasks and workstations as needed.

  • Perform assembly and material handling activities while maintaining quality standards.

  • Prepare finished products for shipment.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment preferred.

  • Tools & Equipment: Familiarity with assembly tools, hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical and exertional work throughout the shift.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
