General Manager - Manufactured Housing Sales & DevelopmentMurphy, North CarolinaThis is not a typical manufactured housing sales position.We are looking for an experienced manufactured housing professional to lead one of the most unique retail operations in Western North Carolina. This is a management position with responsibility for the overall success and profitability of our Murphy location.Our Murphy operation serves two distinct markets:A growing residential community featuring new homes available for immediate occupancy.Traditional manufactured home sales for customers building on privately owned land throughout Western North Carolina and North Georgia.Success in this role requires much more than selling homes.
