Inspector Packer Opportunity

Multiple shifts available:

Day Shift: 7:00AM - 7:00PM - starting at $17.00 per hour.

Night Shift: 7:00PM - 7:00AM - starting at $18.00 per hour.

Rotating 12-hour shift (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next week).

The Opportunity

At Creo Group, we're searching for a motivated Inspector Packer to join our team and ensure every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspection: Visually inspect manufactured parts for defects, ensuring they meet established quality guidelines.
  • Packing: Pack inspected parts according to specified procedures, including proper labeling, trimming, and secure sealing of cartons.
  • Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, stacking and wrapping finished cartons neatly on pallets.
  • Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively in English through spoken and written means and comprehend instructions. Report any quality issues with parts or equipment to the designated personnel (Technician, Coordinator, or Supervisor).
  • Safety: Prioritize safety by following all company protocols and always wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

  • High School degree or GED.

Skills:

  • Must possess basic mathematic skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written).
  • Ability to understand and follow directions consistently and accurately.

Personal Attributes:

  • Must be able to maintain a good attendance record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Manual dexterity for packing and handling materials.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and/or stand in a stationary position for 40% of a shift.
  • Ability to walk, with or without an additional weight load.
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders for 20% of a shift.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry 40 lbs. over shoulder height.
  • Must be able to wear proper protective equipment.
  • Ability to use a trim knife safely and effectively to remove excess flash from parts (training provided).
