Job description

We are seeking both day shift and night shift supervisor, Bilingual ( English and Spanish) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a shift
  • Allocate manpower based on clients build plan and sort list
  • Conduct sort and cycle time study and KPI Monitoring
  • Conduct on-site audits of inspections, PPE, WI compliance, and training records
  • Monitor and audit on-site activities to prevent part mixing, incorrect backfilling, and other operational issues.
  • Investigate unusual parts and abnormal inspection results.
  • Perform actual inspections when necessary for efficiency and cost purposes.
  • Provide on-floor support and assume inspection responsibilities when sorting volume decreases
  • Manage timesheet, inspection report and supervising inspectors' work and documentation
  • Communicate any issues to direct supervisor immediately

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, College or above preferred
  • Language: Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excel, Google Form
  • Ability to organize and plan ahead to maximize job efficiency and work safely
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel between locations.
  • Can frequently and repetitively, lift, push and carry up to 50lbs and climb a 10" step and back down
