Our Client in Bolingbrook, IL is looking for General Laborers to join their team! Previous manufacturing experience isn’t required. What matters most is a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for a steady Monday-Friday schedule with consistent hours and long-term work opportunities.

You may be mixing products, weighing/scaling materials, packaging products, or supplying production lines with materials.
Job: General Labor
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Pay Rate & SHIFT:
1st Shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM | $15.50/hr
2nd Shift: 2:00PM-10:30PM | $16.00/hr
3rd Shift: 10:00PM-6:30AM | $16.50/hr
Monday-Friday schedule

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Inspect product for quality and any signs of foreign material contamination. 
  • Supply production lines as needed. 
  • Responsible for correct placement of product on line or in containers, boxes, or pallets. 
  • Maintain work area in a clean and organized manner. 
  • Perform all other duties as assigned. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: 

  • Must be knowledgeable in GMPs or the willingness to learn. 
  • Sufficient math skills. 
  • Must have the ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures 
  • Ability to read and write in English preferred. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements: 

  • This is a day-to-day position and your days worked will vary depending on the needs of the client and your availability.
  • This is a manufacturing environment and there will be exposure to a variety of machines, noise levels, and varying temperatures.  
  • This is a team environment; all employees must be able to work together and communicate in a respectful and professional manner. 
  • Ability to stand and work with your hands throughout the duration of the shift. 
  • Ability to lift at least 25lbs.
