Job description

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST (MANPOWER) in the MANPOWER OPERATIONS (N122) DIRECTORATE OF MANPOWER AND PERSONNEL of BUREAU OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY.
This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number:ST-12990276-26-ATW. Applicants that have previously applied NEED to re-apply to this announcement.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
  • Knowledge of manpower management principles, medicine organization, and applicable systems (such as TFMMS and UMS).
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative manpower data analysis.
  • Applying advanced analytical, supervisory, and negotiation skills to advise senior leadership and manage a team independently.
  • Proficiency in required manpower systems i.e. (TFMMS).
  • Supporting senior analysts in preparing reports.
