Job description

Our client, an industry leader in commercial property management and maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple client sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Pay Range: $30 to $35 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, and related equipment
  • Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot electrical distribution, plumbing, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems
  • Complete work orders efficiently using CMMS technology with minimal supervision
  • Conduct facility inspections and assessments, reporting conditions affecting client operations
  • Travel to multiple client locations within the assigned territory using a company vehicle and manage work priorities independently

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Universal EPA/CFC certification (required)
  • Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
