JXR Enterprises DBA Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions is seeking full time employees (8-12 hr. shifts) based on availability for the following shift options:
1. Afternoons and evenings  or 
2. Overnights and early mornings 
You will be working in the capacity of a service technician as part of our FiltaFry and/or FiltaClean crews.   
 Job Summary
Filta of Orlando and West Central Florida is looking for a hardworking, trustworthy, detail-oriented and safety conscious individual to join our team as a Service Technician. The primary responsibility of the Service Technician is to safely and efficiently operate a company provided cargo van, mobile filtration unit(MFU) and related commercial kitchen deep cleaning equipment. In this role, you will provide deep cleaning and full fryer management services to existing and new commercial kitchen customers (restaurants, hospitals, cafeterias, colleges, stadiums and assisted living facilities etc) on an established route/schedule. Once onsite, you will provide deep cleaning and /or fryer management services including: 
1. BOH (Back of House)  and FOH (Front of House) deep cleaning
2.Hood and Exhaust System Cleaning  
3. Microfiltration and restocking of vegetable cooking oil
4. Vacuumed-based cleaning of deep fryers 
5. Removal of waste vegetable cooking oil (WVO) to recycle

Responsibilities 
1. Conduct high quality and detail-oriented cleaning of restaurant and large facility fryers, kitchen equipment, appliances, drains, ceilings, walls and floors.

3. Navigate to assigned client sites and be on time to scheduled service appointments
4. Provide demonstrations of Filta services where needed
5. Communicate positively and effectively with customers, co-workers and management
6. Collaborate with peers to develop systems and seek solutions when sharing equipment and vehicles
7. Follow daily/weekly/monthly schedule for care and preventative maintenance of equipment, storage facility and vehicles
8. Complete basic maintenance/repair of the Filta Mobile Filtration Unit (MFU)
9. Keep vehicles clean, stocked and well organized
10. Keep an inventory of supplies on the vans and submit order/restocking requests in a timely manner
11.Maintain and submit daily service records for each customer via mobile app to management and clients
12. Report any critical issues or changes with customer staff, fryer oil and frying habits
13. Engage in customer recruitment and retention initiatives
14. Clean up spills immediately and keep all work areas clean
15. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and wear required PPE gear provided
16. Assure compliance with franchise standards/policies
          
Qualifications:
*Valid driver's license, three year clean driving history/record
*Ability to lift up to 75lbs and work in hot conditions
*High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
*Reliable transportation to and from company HQ/Warehouse in Orlando or Plant City, Florida
*Flexible schedule (option based upon availability to preference route(s) in early mornings, afternoons, evenings and/or overnights)
*Discipline to work independently with minimal supervision
*Ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively with customers
*Demonstrated interpersonal skills in building and maintaining positive and collaborative working relationships with peers
*Initiative to learn and to stay up to date on  the latest service procedures
*Pass drug screening and background check
*Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills a plus
*Previous experience with cooking equipment (fryers, hoods, stoves, ovens, grills, ice machines, coolers, freezers) service/repair, other machinery/cleaning related fields, or military service a plus   
*Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) a plus
*Ability to see information in print and/or electronically
*Ability to complete services that require lifting, bending, standing, walking, driving, reaching, stooping, kneeling, talking, hearing and handling objects with hands
