Job description

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and proactive Program Manager Trainee to join our team. This position is designed as a developmental role for individuals who are interested in building a career in program management and operations management.
During the initial stage, the Program Manager Trainee will work closely with and support the Manager in daily operations, project coordination, task follow-up, and administrative support. As the trainee develops a stronger understanding of the organization and demonstrates the necessary capabilities, they will gradually take ownership of projects and assume greater management responsibilities.
The long-term goal of this position is to develop high-potential employees into independent project owners and future management team members.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Manager in program and operational activities.
  • Assist with project coordination, scheduling, documentation, and task follow-up.
  • Track project timelines, deadlines, priorities, and outstanding action items.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and team members to ensure projects move forward efficiently.
  • Organize project information, documents, reports, and other operational materials.
  • Participate in meetings, document action items, and follow up with responsible parties.
  • Learn and understand the organization's operations, management processes, and internal workflows.
  • Assist the Manager in handling day-to-day operational issues and unexpected situations.
  • Gradually take ownership of assigned projects and manage them from planning through completion.
  • Identify problems, operational inefficiencies, and potential risks and propose practical solutions.
  • Assist in developing and improving SOPs, workflows, tracking systems, and internal processes.
  • Take on additional project management and coordination responsibilities as skills and experience develop.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Entry-level candidates and recent graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with different departments and team members.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
  • Interest in developing a long-term career in program management, operations, or management.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, responsible, proactive, and eager to grow into a management role.
We are looking for someone who can progress from:
Supporting a Manager → Coordinating Projects → Independently Managing Projects → Taking on Management Responsibilities

This position is particularly suitable for candidates who are willing to start with hands-on execution and coordination while developing the organizational, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills necessary to become a future manager.
