ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients in the Chinese-speaking business community. You will introduce our services, manage relationships, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Client Development

– Prospect and engage local business owners and decision-makers

– Present and sell digital marketing services — Google Ads, Google Business Profile optimization, SEO, and CRM & automation systems

– Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, consultation, proposal, and close

– Work warm leads provided by the company, follow up on inquiries, and support client onboarding

– Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to grow existing accounts

– Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets

Client Communication & Relationship Management

– Maintain professional, responsive communication with all clients

– Guide clients through setup, onboarding, and service delivery

– Coordinate with internal marketing and support teams to ensure client success

– Log activity, client notes, and pipeline updates accurately in CRM

REQUIREMENTS

Required

– 3 – 5 years of proven sales experience (B2B preferred)

– Fluent in Mandarin Chinese — written and spoken

 Basic English communication skills sufficient for internal team collaboration

– Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

– Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable presenting to business owners and decision-makers

– Self-motivated, organized, and accountable

– Ability to work on-site at our Plantation, FL office

Preferred

– Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS sales

– Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO, or social media marketing platforms

– Prior outbound sales or lead generation experience

– Experience using CRM platforms ( Monday.com)
