This is an exceptional opportunity to join their team and make a tangible difference in the adtech space. As a strategic thinker with a passion for execution, fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, you will shape and elevate the brand presence of a cutting-edge advertising platform. Your work will be instrumental in expanding the advertising ecosystem, fostering strong, productive relationships that drive mutual success, and serving as the crucial link to ensure seamless integration with the platform, maintain brand consistency, and achieve maximum marketing impact. This position demands a hands-on approach, balancing strategic planning with significant execution, making it ideal for an adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and expertly manages multiple timelines.
About the Role
Step into a pivotal role where you will directly influence how external partners engage with a leading brand, maximizing marketing reach across diverse global markets. You will be at the heart of the advertising ecosystem, building essential relationships and driving the success of a cutting-edge platform. Your expertise in both English and Mandarin Chinese will be critical in bridging communication gaps and fostering strong collaborations across Western and Asia-Pacific regions, making a tangible impact on global advertising strategies.
What You'll Do
  • Cultivate and strengthen productive relationships with external campaign management partners, guiding them to achieve strategic objectives and adhere to marketing guidelines.
  • Lead content strategy for partners by meticulously reviewing a high volume of marketing collateral, including event slides, blogs, webinars, and social posts, to ensure strict brand alignment and quality.
  • Oversee the successful execution of partner-led marketing campaigns and provide essential support for joint marketing initiatives during major industry trade shows, seasonal peaks, and regional events.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Business Development teams, Partner Managers, and regional marketing squads to coordinate co-marketing efforts and evaluate potential new partnerships.
  • Track key business metrics and deliver actionable insights to optimize partner activities, enhance campaign performance, and ensure long-term scalability.
  • Manage diverse operational responsibilities, including creating comprehensive project briefs, compelling presentations, essential content toolkits, and conducting impactful training sessions for partners.

What You'll Bring
  • 5-7 years of experience managing partner marketing relationships, with a heavy emphasis on hands-on execution.
  • Complete fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese, utilized daily for communication with partners, content review, and collaboration with regional team members in APAC.
  • Direct experience within adtech, digital advertising platforms, or Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), demonstrating a strong grasp of app developer advertising, attribution models, and technical product marketing narratives for successful content review.
  • Proven track record supporting global partner marketing strategies, specifically bridging activation plans across Western markets and the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple partners, prioritize overlapping deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail during high-volume periods.

What Will Set You Apart
  • Prior experience working at major digital platforms or adtech competitors.
  • A self-starter who can quickly adapt, work with a high degree of independence, and navigate a fast-moving corporate landscape.
  • Exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and lead projects through coordination across geographically distributed teams.
  • A strong grasp of standard digital business metrics, analytical rigor, and creative problem-solving.

Contract & Engagement
This is an initial 6-month contract with a strong intent to extend up to 12 months based on performance.
