Family Nurse Practitioner H1 (Mandarin-Speaking)
Location: Queens - New York
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)
Our growing outpatient facility in Queens, NY seeks compassionate Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) fluent in Mandarin to deliver high-quality primary care. This role accepts H1 visas and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment where you'll treat patients of all ages. We want to hear from you if you are dedicated to making a difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Perform routine checkups, manage acute illnesses, and monitor chronic diseases
  • Conduct telemedicine consultations, all from the office
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure top-notch patient care
  • Educate patients on wellness, nutrition, and disease prevention
  • Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans under a physician's supervision
  • Perform diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging, and interpret results
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records

Qualifications:

  • Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification and New York State license
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care or family practice preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Commitment to delivering culturally competent care to a diverse patient population

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week, including 2-3 weekends per month
  • Part-Time: Minimum of 3 days per week
  • Flexibility to occasionally travel to our Brooklyn office once it opens

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary starting at 170k - 210k a year, depending on experience
  • PTO plus paid holidays
