JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

The Regional Restaurant Technology Partner plays a critical role in enabling franchisees to deliver operational excellence and scale with agility. This role ensures restaurant technology solutions align to brand standards, support future AI-readiness, and enable seamless, omnichannel guest experiences. In addition to supporting market deployments, the Partner will serve as a global domain lead, helping shape innovation, vendor strategy, and best practice adoption across Pizza Hut’s restaurant tech ecosystem. This role will support our Europe and Latin America & Caribbean regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Enablement & Technology Strategy:     


Partner with franchisees to identify, evaluate, and implement restaurant technology solutions aligned to Pizza Hut’s growth ambitions and operational standards.


Ensure local deployments meet global integration, data, and security standards.


Support markets in building AI-ready foundations to enable personalized, cross-channel guest and team member experiences.


Keep an updated record of existing market technology, technology contract expiry dates & identify gaps in current tech stack. Recommend appropriate approved vendors for the market to fill gaps or renewals.






Global Domain Ownership:


Act as global lead for one or more of the following restaurant tech domains: 


Training & People Technology 


POS


Kitchen & Fleet Management


Labor & Inventory


Own vendor sourcing, onboarding, performance management, and escalation.


Source “Good, Better, Best” vendor options, especially in markets where Byte-based systems are not viable.


Build and maintain solution playbooks and go-to-market frameworks in your area of expertise.


Serve as a strategic advisor to other regional tech partners on best-fit tools and implementation approaches.




Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration:


Collaborate with Regional Chief Digital & Technology Officers (CDTOs) and Global Ops Innovation, Digital Innovation, Labor, and Data teams.


Ensure restaurant technology enables strategic priorities including operational efficiency, improved team member experience, and scalable data capture.


Champion integration across restaurant systems to fuel data flow into analytics, AI, and insight engines.




Standards, Adoption & Continuous Improvement:


Define, promote, and update “Good, Better, Best” expectations for each domain.


Ensure strong adoption and ROI of brand-approved systems.


Identify and share global best practices to accelerate maturity and consistency.


Monitor post-deployment success and advocate for upgrades or new solutions where needed


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years in restaurant, retail, or hospitality technology strategy or implementation 
  • Fluent Spanish speaker highly preferred 
  • Expertise in restaurant systems, including POS, labor scheduling, inventory, and/or training platforms.
  • Strong vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable navigating matrixed, global organizations and influencing across levels.
  • Hands on experience with networking/IT related issues
  • Must have worked on Integration related project
  • Must have experience in NCR, Oracle, other POS systems

Role is remote in the United States or onsite in Plano, TX

Salary Range: $110,500 to $129,900 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
