About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced & entrepreneurial Managing Director to help expand their Healthcare Services Investment Banking practice in the United States. This is a senior leadership position responsible for originating & executing M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory transactions across the healthcare services landscape. You will join a high-performing team within a dynamic & growth-oriented investment bank, with a strong track record across healthcare verticals including physician practice management, behavioral health, home health, post-acute care, payer services, and value-based care platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deal Origination & Execution: Lead client acquisition and deal execution activities including M&A advisory, capital raising (debt & equity), and strategic partnerships.
  • Client Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, private equity sponsors, and healthcare entrepreneurs.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor & develop junior bankers and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  • Sector Expertise: Stay at the forefront of trends shaping the healthcare services ecosystem; provide insights that shape client strategies.
  • Firm Growth: Contribute to the broader strategic direction of the healthcare group and the firm overall.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in investment banking with a deep focus on healthcare services.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading and closing complex transactions.
  • Strong relationships with healthcare companies, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead deal teams & cultivate client relationships.
