Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess strong account management skills and be a proven people leader. They should have the ability to deliver services as per agreed service levels, manage workflows in a distributed work environment, and lead or participate actively in contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary range: $45000 - $55000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Help maintain business excellence by helping update internal sales trackers, customer invoices, and other deliverables related to the account.

  • Support in the development of the sales pipeline for clients.

  • Review and harmonize accounts, process customer payments and maintain an updated record.

  • Collaborate with the project management team to help keep teams organized, helping everyone meet the deadlines created.

  • Handles multiple tasks simultaneously and exhibits exceptional organizational ability.

  • Work directly with clients and drive their ability to improve their business objectives.

  • Work to understand customer needs, then interpret those needs back to the team.

  • Exhibits initiative, problem-solving mentality, and decision-making capacity.

  • Generate creative solutions to problems and ways to complete tasks.

  • Proactive self-education on discipline and marketing trends in the industry.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience as an Account Representative or other sales role preferred.

  • Experience in brand marketing and sales work is an asset.

  • Ability to solve complex problems.

  • Superior inter-functional project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to motivate and stimulate the team to reach a shared goal.

  • Able to work in a dynamic, dynamic and team-oriented environment with the ability to work with several groups simultaneously.

  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
