Responsibilities

Lead your daily operations with a focus on delivering excellent service to your clients.

Coach and inspire your team members to refine their sales approach and achieve personal milestones.

Monitor agency performance metrics to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local families and business owners to better protect their interests.

Coordinate with Farmers Insurance corporate representatives to ensure we are leveraging all available resources effectively.

Foster a positive, collaborative office environment where every team member feels valued and supported.

Requirements

California Property Casualty license required

California Life Health insurance license required

Experience in agency operations or insurance sales leadership or proven track record to do so

Deep understanding of the local Santa Rosa business and community landscape.

Demonstrated ability to mentor sales staff and foster a culture of professional growth.

Proficiency in managing agency workflows and insurance carrier software.

Strong organizational skills to handle both daily operations and long-term strategic growth.
