Job description

Role and Responsibilities:

The Tube Town Manager is responsible for all aspects the operation of Tube Town and safety of the guests and staff.

The specific duties of the Tube Town Manager shall include but not be limited to:ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 

  • Oversight of the staff scheduled at Tube Town and staff from other departments currently working at any one time
  • ย General maintenance and upkeep of Tube Town facility
  • Point of Salesย experience preferred but not required
  • Coordination with Group Sales Department to ensure proper handling of Tubing Groups
  • Opening and closing Tube Town
  • Risk management
  • Other duties as described by Cascade Mountain Management

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Stellar customer service skills needed. A fun and outgoing attitude. Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to work long and irregular hours. Minimum age requirement is 21. Uniform and dress code required.ย 

Preferred Skills:

Previous management or supervisory experience required.ย  This is a seasonal position but year-round employment considerations will be made for the right candidate.
