We are seeking a Community Association Manager to become a part of our team!


Neighborhood Management, LLC is looking for a Manager to work with Homeowners Associations in Birmingham and the extended market. A background in Association Management or Multi-Family Management is a plus, but not mandatory for the right person. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter with a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve homeowner complaints
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Management of neighborhood contractors (landscapers, maintenance personnel, pool managers, etc.)
  • Working with Board members and residents to enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
  • Daily communication with board members and residents, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with homeowners
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
