Job description

The purpose of this position is to interact with our guest and Create Amazing Experiences while they are dining at our stores. Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner.

You will also be required to be proficient in all departments of the restaurant so as to run smooth, successful solo shifts in the absence of another manager.

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 year of age or older
  • Good communications skills, must be fluent in the English language and show competence in reading and writing skills
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lb
  • Be able to stand for longer periods of time (up to 6 hours)
  • Must have a great attitude, and know how to smile all the time

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • The Leader on shift, beyond reproach and models expected staff behavior
  • Guarantees uncompromised, unsurpassed and consistent food quality
  • Exhibits the highest level of professionalism in actions and appearance
  • Assists the GM and AM to help Recruit, Train, and maintain a cohesive team
  • Has the highest level of kitchen cleanliness and well maintained equipment
  • Food & beverage inventories, including ordering and receiving all products when assigned and trained
  • Ensures that Wingers standards and procedures are followed and enforced
  • Scheduling and labor costs, within approved budget.
  • Ensures QA standards.
  • QA report is maintained,
  • Violations are corrected immediately,
  • Proper behavior trained
  • Responsible for overall food safety and sanitation of Wingers restaurant
  • Proficient and able to work on line during key meal periods and when needed for prep and other tasks
