Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and embodying friendliness, responsiveness, knowledge, and passion to create an exceptional customer experience. You'll drive production and budget objectives, maintain the highest quality standards, and step in to perform stocking and production duties as needed, setting a positive example for your team.
