Technical Writer

The Opportunity:

Connecting program operations to customer priorities, values, and objectives, highlighting program leadership and innovation, mission and program management impacts, and excellence-in-service and delivery is critical to success. As a journeyman technical writer professional, you know how to communicate effectively with program stakeholders to achieve maximum results. We're looking for an experienced technical writer that will position the program to earn the maximum award fee score possible by reflecting the superior customer delivery of our team. You'll build guides, Award Fee Self-Assessment (AFSA) templates, and training for each Award Fee Period (AFP), incorporating scoring criteria derived from the Award Fee Determination Plan (AFDP) and the program's response strategy. You'll also serve as curator and editor of AFSA reports and presentations, perform internal post-award assessments, capture best practices and lessons learned, and refine performance management processes for future AFPs. You'll also write and edit technical documentation to address program challenges with effective, tailored solutions.

Work with us as we design, develop, and produce outstanding results that change customer organizations for the better.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with the Intelligence Community (IC), the Department of Defense (DoD), or FEDSIM programs

  • Experience with leading or performing AFSA activities

  • Experience with project or program management

  • Knowledge of the client's communications channels and client culture

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships using people skills

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Master's degree

  • PMI CAPM or PMP Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
