Equipment Engineering Manager - Wet EtchSalary Range: $120k to $155k Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Engineering Manager to lead our semiconductor equipment engineering team with a strong focus on Wet Etch equipment. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, proven leadership capabilities, and deep technical expertise in Wet Etch processes and equipment. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, optimizing performance, overseeing maintenance strategies, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to support manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of equipment engineers and technicians.
  • Drive the performance, reliability, and uptime of Wet Etch equipment across manufacturing operations.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, productivity, and product quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, process engineering, and maintenance teams to support production goals.
  • Utilize project management best practices to execute equipment upgrades, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 10+ years of hands-on semiconductor equipment engineering experience.
  • Extensive expertise with Wet Etch equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams of equipment engineers and technicians.

  • Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
