Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor – Food Manufacturing

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead the maintenance team in developing strategies to improve overall reliability of production processes while directing regular maintenance work and ensuring all equipment and systems are safe and in good working order. You will need to have maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility, and we’d prefer experience with food processing, but that is not mandatory, and we’ll look at all manufacturing industrial experience! At least 3 years’ supervisory experience preferred. Certification and/or License – Electrical, welding, boiler, refrigeration, compressed air, wastewater, or plumbing licenses or certificates are a plus.

As the NIGHT SHIFT Maintenance Supervisor, your other responsibilities will include:

· Scheduling & Managing Team

· Preventative Maintenance as well as Capital Projects

· Wastewater Treatment

· Promotes continuous & process improvements for lean manufacturing.

Minimum requirements for this NIGHT SHIFT Maintenance Supervisor’s position:

· High School Degree or GED required

· Willingness to work the night shift for the foreseeable future

· At least 5 years’ experience in food or processing maintenance required.
