Position Summary...Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Construction Superintendent, leads daily onsite operations by supervising subcontractors and field personnel to ensure project plans are executed efficiently and safely. This role involves coordinating trades, managing schedules, and resolving conflicts to maintain timelines and quality standards. The position requires overseeing site logistics, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory inspections. Effective communication with project managers and stakeholders is essential to provide timely updates and support informed decision-making. This leadership role fosters continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout all construction phases.
About the team:
The Walmart Realty construction team leads onsite operations across Walmart US, managing subcontractors and field personnel to ensure projects meet design, quality, and safety standards. The team coordinates scheduling, site logistics, and regulatory inspections to maintain efficient workflows and compliance. Focused on safety assurance and quality control, they implement proactive measures and training to uphold site safety. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
