We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Manager with experience in heavy black belt conveyor systems and vulcanizing services.  This job will be based out of San Antonio/New Braunsfel area. This role focuses on developing new business, maintaining key customer relationships, and providing technical sales support for conveyor belt supply, installation, repair, and maintenance services.
The ideal candidate understands industrial conveyor applications and can confidently sell value-driven maintenance solutions to operations such as mining, aggregates, cement, power generation, and bulk material handling facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a sales territory focused on conveyor belt products and vulcanizing services.
  • Prospect and secure new accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conveyor systems and recommend appropriate belting and repair solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Work closely with operations and field crews to ensure accurate scopes of work and customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Stay current on conveyor technology, belting products, and industry safety standards.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience in conveyor belting, heavy black belt, or industrial maintenance services.
  • Strong knowledge of vulcanizing, belt splicing, repairs, and conveyor components.
  • Ability to read conveyor layouts and understand technical service requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory and visit industrial job sites.
  • Valid driver’s license/Social Security Card/Passport.
  • Drug Test/Background Check.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in mining, aggregates, cement, or bulk material handling industries.
  • Experience selling both products and service-based solutions.
  • Mechanical or technical aptitude related to conveyor systems.
