The Assistant Manager will support the Parking Manager in overseeing daily operations of parking facilities at Terminus. This role ensures efficient traffic flow, customer satisfaction, compliance with company policies, and optimal utilization of parking resources. The Assistant Manager will act as a liaison between staff, customers, and management, providing leadership and operational support.

    Key Responsibilities & Duties:

    Operational Management

    • Assist in managing day-to-day parking operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
    • Monitor parking equipment functionality and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

    Customer Service

    • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving.

    Financial & Reporting

    • Support revenue collection processes, including cash handling and reconciliation.
    • Prepare and review daily/weekly reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational performance.

    Staff Supervision

    • Assist in training, coaching, and supervising parking attendants and other staff.
    • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to ensure service quality.

    Compliance & Security

    • Ensure adherence to local regulations, company policies, and security protocols.
    • Coordinate with security teams to maintain a safe environment for customers and staff.

    Special Projects

    • Support implementation of new technologies or systems to improve efficiency.

    Assist in planning for special events or peak periods requiring additional parking coordination

    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience desired.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in parking operations, hospitality, or facility management.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with parking management systems.
