Role Overview

Seeking a hands-on L2 Operational Support Engineer to own and resolve production incidents across high-scale video streaming (Live & VOD), player, ads, and CDN platforms. This is a customer-facing role focused on real-time troubleshooting, production stability, and live event support.


Key Skills
  • Strong Production Support / L2 Support / Incident Management
  • Expertise in OTT / Video Streaming (HLS, DASH, CMAF)
  • Experience with CDN (Akamai, CloudFront, Fastly) and DRM
  • Solid understanding of AWS / Cloud / Microservices
  • Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
  • Knowledge of Terraform / IaC / CI-CD pipelines
  • Monitoring tools: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Kibana, Loki
  • Strong Linux troubleshooting & log analysis

Responsibilities
  • Own and resolve critical production incidents (P1/P2)
