As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for your clients.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Create comprehensive and individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing clients’ specific mental health challenges and life goals.
• Encourage clients to develop insights into their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, fostering self-awareness and growth.
• Track and evaluate client progress throughout the therapeutic process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Teach and reinforce healthy coping strategies, empowering clients to manage their mental health effectively.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present a variety of mental health needs. The goal of your sessions will be to enhance their quality of life by developing essential skills and coping mechanisms. Your expertise will contribute significantly to their personal growth and mental well-being.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued mental health counseling license to practice independently (e.g., LMFT, LPC, or LCSW). Please include your credentials and licensed state in your application.
• No disciplinary actions against licensure and an absence of limited or provisional licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Strong computer literacy, as well as a computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for virtual sessions.
• A reliable internet connection to facilitate seamless telehealth services.

Candidates with at least two years of experience in providing mental health counseling are preferred. Your experience will enable you to navigate diverse client situations effectively and contribute to best practices within our organization.
