LOCATION: Gianni's at the Former Versace Mansion POSITION: Busser - Gianni's Restaurant (Miami beach) DEPARTMENT: Front of House / Kitchen Support About the Position Gianni's Restaurant at The Villa Casa Casuarina is seeking motivated and reliable Bussers to support our front of house team in delivering exceptional service. As a Busser, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment while assisting servers to ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth table turnover.

Assist servers with water service, bread service, and guest needs as requested. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas. Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service when needed.

Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly and transport them to the dish area. Set tables according to restaurant standards with proper utensils, napkins, and glassware. Support servers and management to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.

Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset. Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or dishes for extended periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Legal authorization to work in the U.S
