What You Will Be Doing
Lockheed Martin is seeking an RF Engineer, for the planning and completion of the product baseline development, integration, and verification efforts, as well as the planning and execution of current and future changes. The candidate will work extensively with suppliers to develop and execute qualification testing schemes and provide requirement verification artifacts. The candidate will need to closely collaborate with internal LM stakeholders as well as U.S Government representatives to ensure all requirements are met.
Essential tasks for this key role include:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field
Active Secret Security Clearance with a current 5-year investigation
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions to technical challenges
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Executing RF test activities to include the generation of test plans and reports
RF requirements analyses, and trade study execution
Completion of Technical Data Package through preparation of Specifications, Interface Control Documents, Test Requirements, and Software Requirements
Completion of Statements of Work and interfacing with subcontractors
Managing subcontractors from task completion to delivery of a product that meets requirements within the required timeline and budget
Oversee the build and assembly of hardware and test fixtures
Analysis of test data to include signal post-processing, visualization, and comparison with modeled data
Up to 25% travel required
Position is on site full time and located at the LM-MFC Orlando, FL facility
