nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of intermediate to large-scale capital construction projects. This role is responsible for managing projects through all phases, including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout

.The Project Manager will utilize formal project management methodologies to define project scope, develop schedules and budgets, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage risks, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This individual will oversee all aspects of project execution, communicate progress to stakeholders, and drive accountability across project teams

• s.Oversee project expenditures and support the cost-effective procurement of labor, equipment, materials, and contractor service
• s.Participate in bid meetings, supplier evaluations, and contractor selection processe
• s.Support the daily management of construction activities and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and service provider
• s.Monitor project performance and proactively manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change control processe
• s.Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadershi
• p.Interface with internal departments, operations personnel, engineering teams, suppliers, contractors, and labor organization
• s.Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful project outcome
• s.Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirement
• s.Perform detailed analysis of project estimates versus actual costs and identify opportunities for improvemen

Required Qualificati

• ns:Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field, and a minimum of 6 years of project management experience;
• ORAssociate degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architecture, Technical Design, Project Management, Business, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years of related project management experience;
• ORHigh School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of related project management experien

ce.
