What You Will Do:
Leads planning and execution of transition activities required to move solutions into operational use. Coordinates stakeholders, schedules, dependencies, and readiness activities to support successful adoption of new capabilities. Ensures continuity of operations and alignment between implementation and sustainment activities.

Lead transition planning and execution for FMBT conversion and interface workstreams so the incoming team can assume active wave work without negatively affecting go-live dates. Develop and manage transition strategy, timeline, transition project plan, methodology, roles/responsibilities, risk approach, and risk log updates; coordinate knowledge transfer, current-state assessment, continuity of in-flight conversion/interface work, mock/final conversion transition, break-fix work, and operational readiness.
What You Will Need:

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"

  • Bachelor's degree

  • EIGHT (8) or more years of professional experience in transition planning, stakeholder coordination, readiness management, dependency tracking, and/or implementation-to-sustainment alignment.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience with Momentum/iFAMS, Agile/SAFe PI cadence, runbooks, knowledge-transfer playbooks, federal financial systems, conversion/interface transition, change management, and multi-vendor coordination.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
